Refund policy

I Am Unique offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our merchandise. For jewelry returns, we will refund you the full purchase price for 30 days after purchase, not including shipping costs. For T-shirts we will exchange for another product, or offer you a coupon (worth the same value) to be used on your next purchase.

Please email me for a Return Merchandise Agreement prior to returning any merchandise. If you do have to return any goods to us, be sure to have the original packaging, and a copy of the original order email as well. We do not refund the shipping costs for the original or return order.

For all custom orders, there will be no refunds. Custom orders will be made exactly as discussed through phone and email. Please make sure that you have the correct color choice, the right ear wires and the correct size before submitting your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made.
